Katrina Rude MA, LPCC
Katrina (she/her) approaches therapy with a holistic and integrative mindset. She believes strongly in the mind body connection, and works with individuals to help them gain a deeper understanding and awareness of this connection within themselves. Katrina believes that there are often many solutions to a problem. She is passionate about working with individuals to find techniques and solutions that fit and work best for them, taking into account each individual’s unique experiences and life stories. In doing so, she aims to treat everyone as a whole person, comprised of mind, body, and soul. Through a collaborative and supportive process she works to understand her clients as the unique individuals we all are. Katrina creates a safe environment that is free of judgment and a place where a trusting therapeutic relationship can be developed and fostered.
Katrina has been practicing for 11 years, with experience working with young children through adulthood. Katrina has special interest and training in working with those who have experienced pregnancy, postpartum, fertility concerns, and those who have experienced birth trauma or loss. She enjoys working with parents wherever they are at in their parenting journey.
Katrina has additional interest in trauma therapy and has completed certification for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and has training in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She can help those whom identify having past trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and low self esteem concerns, and many other challenges we face as humans.
Katrina is also a Board Approved Supervisor (BBHT), and would love to provide licensure supervision for those seeking LPCC licensure.
